So this isn't so much a recipe as it is a food tip:
For extra fluffy (but not runny) scrambled eggs, try mixing in some cottage cheese (probably about 1/3 C for two eggs). Phil was quite the skeptic at first but now he wants cottage cheese eggs every time.
Now it is your turn to share YOUR simple food tips. You can also make a comment about the current poll.

Speaking of Scrambled Eggs, if you add a few dashes of dill to them about 30 seconds before you're done cooking them, it adds a nice unique flavor.
Also, for great tasting oven baked potatoes in 1/2 the time, cook a potato in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then put it in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes to get the skins and insides that oven-baked taste and texture. Be sure to prick the skins with a fork before you microwave, or you might have an explosion on your hands.
I LOVE food Friday!
I love your Food Friday's. I love reading what people who really KNOW how to cook and enjoy cooking are making in their own homes! I love the new sinks and I'm glad that Tuesday night went well. Jeff loved the Divinity and I would love to have that recipe posted!
This may seem silly to some, but I never did this until a year ago. Cut your brownies with a pizza cutter. Its sooo much easier and cleaner than using a knife. Sorry if this was already common knowlege to most- I never knew!
Smart! I've never done that either. I do use a pizza cutter to cut dough (like cinnamon rolls or regular rolls). I guess I'll have to add brownies to the list.
well..speaking of Cottage cheese. I love it on my Baked potatoes! Just butter, salt and pepper, and cottage cheese. Everyone I mention it to thinks I am weird. I will try it in eggs if you will try it on your taters!
Excellent. I can bake my potato in the way Charlotte recommends and then top it with cottage cheese the way Jill does. It is as though all things have come together in one blissful potato...
My 11 year old daughter makes scrambled eggs with sour cream and dill. They are delicious!
